Mental Break

Have you ever found yourself struggling to make a decision to solve a problem?

Perhaps you’ve asked a family member, friend, or even a coworker for advice, and then feel frustrated when they can’t seem to see things from your perspective. Or maybe you write down a list of pros and cons, but still can’t come to the conclusion to resolve the problem.

Maybe it’s time to take a mental health break.

Repeat after me:
I will breathe. I will think of a solution.
I will not let my worries control my thoughts.
I will not let my stress level break me.
I will simply breathe, inhale and exhale, knowing that everything will be okay.
